  • We know that organic products have great advantages, but we have decided to go a step further because we know that not just because a food is organic it means that everything in it is good for us. That's why we only make products with raw materials that we consider healthy for human beings with products that are free of added sugars, of artificial sweetener and of processed cereals like wheat, soy or corn.
  • Organic products (also known as eco or bio) have a certification granted by the European Union that guarantees that these have been produced minimizing the environmental impact. In addition, these products are not produced using pesticides, antibiotics, synthetic fertilizers or genetically modified organisms (GMOs).   • No. We believe that additives, artificial colors and especially refined sugars do not provide nutritional value. Our philosophy is that our products only have good things, and we keep our word!

  • First of all, our granolas do not contain cereals! They are a mixture of nuts, berries, roots and other foods that not only taste good, but will make you feel great. In addition, our granolas don’t have refined sugar while the common cereals usually have a large amount of added sugars (even those that claim to be "diet" or for "athletes").

  • Our chocolates are deliciously sweet but they don’t have any sugar or sweetener in them. Other chocolates are called "healthy", but - with the exception of 100% cocoa chocolates that have a bitter taste - they all have sugars or sweeteners to some extent (even in minimum proportions). We have looked for a solution to keep the sweetness and health together: replace the traditional refined sugar with chicory fiber, a natural sweetener that not only gives a perfect result but is also super healthy for the body's functioning.

  • Our protein bars are also sweetened with chicory, but additionally they contain collagen. Collagen is considered the "protein of youth" and it’s the protein in charge of regenerating skin, hair, nails and bones.

  • It is a prebiotic fiber that is starting to be used for its various health benefits. Chicory is a perennial herbaceous plant with medicinal properties, used in some ancient cultures. Its benefits depend on the plant 's part being used but, specifically, at the root are those sweetening components that we have added to our chocolate products. Chicory fiber is prebiotic, helping to improve the health of your gut microbiota as well as keeping you satiated for longer.

  • Well, for its health benefits! Chicory fiber is truly natural and renews the microbiota (unlike sweeteners that destroy it), in addition to being much more filling. Other qualities it has are that it contains indigestible carbohydrates and prebiotics, it’s low in calories (provides less than 20 kcal per 100 grams), it’s a good source of fiber, it has a high content of vitamins and minerals, and it provides sweetness to the product.   • I have a lot of allergies and I care a lot about what I eat
  • None of our products contain gluten. However, some of them may contain traces of gluten. On the page, labels or packaging you can easily see the nutritional and allergens information of all our products.

  • Yes, some of our products such as peanut butter, bars or granolas contain nuts and peel; in the list of ingredients you will be able to see in detail which they contain and, in addition, in each product sheet and  packaging the allergens they may contain will be highlighted. Our 500 gr peanut butter doesn’t contain any traces of nuts other than peanuts, nevertheless, our other nut butters (including the organic peanut butter of 300 grams) do contain traces of other nuts.
  • Many of our products are suitable for vegetarians, vegans and raw vegans. In each product sheet and packaging you can see if that product is suitable for your type of diet.

  • Most of our products are compatible with the paleo diet. You can identify which of our products are compatible by the "100% paleo" icon that appears on the product sheet and packaging of the products.
  • I have some doubts about payments, delivery and returns
  • We do not want to make you wait for more than necessary, so all orders are delivered to the peninsula between 1-2 working days after the order has been placed. Standard shipments to the peninsula are FREE, with a minimum purchase value of  15€.

  • We want to make your life easier, and that includes allowing you to pay which every way is most comfortable for you. Below you will find a list of all the payment methods we accept:

  • Don’t Worry. Anyone can receive your order, by signing the delivery note. In case there is nobody at home to receive the order, we will contact you to find the solution that best suits your needs.

  • There are many ways to do it. The fastest and easiest is by sending an email to info@natruly.com letting us know that you want to cancel your order along with the order number. You can also do it by calling 915 758 360.

  • Once we have canceled your order we will process the refund. The time it takes to become effective will depend on the type of payment you have chosen (Paypal, payment by card or bank transfer) and may vary between 2 to 10 business days.

  • First of all, we are very sorry that you are not satisfied with your purchase. You must immediately contact us via email at info@natruly.com or by phone at 915 758 360 and we will help you with the return process.
