How much does the shipment cost and how long will it take to receive my order?

In Spain, shipments to the Peninsula cost 0€, completely free. Right now we offer free shipping in every order;Shipments to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla have a different cost that you can see in the table below.

Also International (Europe) shipping has a different cost too, we also attached the info in the table.

When can I expect to recieve my order?

As soon as we receive your oder and the confirmation of payment, we will start processing your order. For the orders to be processed the same day of the purchase, they must be made before 3 pm from Monday to Friday. Otherwise, we will process it the following business day.

If the shipment is to the Peninsula, the order will always be delivered between 24 and 48 hours. Once we send the order, you will receive a confirmation email with the corresponding invoice, a tracking number and a link that will allow you to track your purchase on our own website.

The delivery of the order will be made from Monday to Friday, excluding national and local holidays, at the delivery address you specified when making the purchase.

I live in Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, what about customs expenses or tax?

Customs expenses/taxes are not included in the shipping price to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla; These are at the expense of the client.

What if you cant locate my address?

The transportation agency will go, usually during office hours, to the address you have indicated. If they have any problems locating it, they will call the contact number you indicated when placing the order.

What if i am not home to receive the order?

You don’t have to worry, anyone can receive the order for you. All you have to do is sign the delivery note and if you have chosen cash on delivery as a method of payment, pay the entire amount in cash.

What if no one is home to receive the shipment?

In this case we will contact you to find the best possible solution. If the shipment has be attempted, the carrier will leave a notification with a contact number that you can call to arrange another day or time of delivery.

Can any returns/exchanges be made?

Of course! If once you receive the order you decide that you want to return it, you will have up to 14 days from the date of receipt, always letting the offices of Natural Athlete know by sending an email to info@naturalathlete.bio or calling the customer service number 915 758 360.

In this case, we will send you a return report that you must complete and attach to the returned merchandise. You can exercise this right over one, several or all the products received. In the event that you want to cancel the order once you are in transport, we will proceed to refund the amount of the order, less shipping costs.

The right to changes and refunds is subject to all products - as well as their packaging – be in perfect condition; It is important that you send us the products as they have been received, unopened and undamaged, and that their return is accompanied by the documents proving the transaction or a copy. The return costs will be assumed by you and you must send the items duly protected for transportation to our offices in Calle Núñez de Balboa, 9, 4º - 28001 - Madrid.
