All about the products we love

  1. What is a product of organic, ecologic or bio agriculture?

Organic products (also known as eco or bio) have a certification granted by the European Union that guarantees that these have been produced minimizing the environmental impact. In addition, these products are not produced using pesticides, antibiotics, synthetic fertilizers or genetically modified organisms (GMOs).   1. How are Natural Athlete products different from other organic products?

We know that organic products have great advantages, but we have decided to go a step further because we know that not just because a food is organic means that everything it contains is good for us. That's why we only make products with raw materials that we consider healthy for human beings and all our products are free of added sugars, of processed cereals like wheat, soy or corn.

  1. Do Natural Athlete products have any certification that guarantees their origin of organic farming?

Yes! You will find the official seal of the European Commission of organic farming in the packaging and the page of all those products that are organic farming

  1. Do you use additives, artificial colors or refined sugars in your products?

No. We believe that additives, artificial colors and especially refined sugars do not provide nutritional value. Our philosophy is that our products only have good things, and we keep our word!

  1. Can I taste your flavors before buying an entire bag?

Of course! You just have to go through our store and there you can try a breakfast, snack, smoothie or all the other ways you have to eat our products.

  1. Is your packaging environmentally friendly?

Changing our diet is the first step to changing the world, and for that we also have to think about what we do with the packaging of our food. All our packaging can be reused or recycled in some way. You can find ideas on how to do it directly in each package or on our website in our recycling section.

  1. What are Superfoods?

There are many foods that, naturally, contain a lot of nutrients and benefits for our health; these foods are known as "super foods" or "superfoods" Our superfoods contain unique combinations of foods that will help you achieve specific goals.

  1. How are your granolas different from cereals?

First of all, our granolas do not contain cereals! They are a mixture of nuts, berries, roots and other foods that not only taste good, but will make you feel great. In addition, our granolas do not have refined sugar while the common cereals usually have a large amount of added sugars (even those that claim to be "diet" or for "athletes").

I have a lot of alergies, and I care a lot about what I eat because I follow a diet

  1. Do your products have gluten?

None of our products contains gluten. However, some of them may contain traces of gluten. On the page, labels or packaging you can easily see the nutritional and allergen information of all our products.

       2. I am allergic to nuts, can I eat your products?

Yes, some of our products such as peanut butter, bars or granolas contain nuts and peel; in the list of ingredients you will be able to see in detail which they contain and, in addition, in each product sheet and  packaging the allergens they may contain will be highlighted.

  1. Are your products suitable for vegans?

Many of our products are suitable for vegetarians, vegans and raw vegans. In each product sheet and packaging you can see if that product is suitable for your type of diet.

  1.  I follow the paleo diet, are your products suitable for me?

Most of our products are compatible with the paleo diet. You can identify which of our products are compatible by the "100% paleo" icon that appears on the product sheet and packaging of the products.


I have some doubts about payments, delivery and returns

  1. How much does the shipment cost and how long will it take to receive my order?

We do not want to make you wait for more than necessary, so all orders are delivered to the peninsula the day after the order has been placed, unless there is a weekend or holiday in between. The cost for standard shipments to the peninsula is 5.95. €

  1. How can I pay for my order?

We want to make your life easier, and that includes allowing you to pay which every way is most comfortable for you. Below you will find a list of all the payment methods we accept:
  • Debit or credit card
  • Paypal
  • Cash on delivery (cash payments when receiving merchandise)
  • Bank transfer

  1.  What happens if I am not at home at the time of delivery?

Don’t Worry. Anyone can receive your order, by signing the delivery note. In case there is nobody at home to receive the order, we will contact you to find the solution that best suits your needs.

  1. I want to cancel my order, what is the procedure?

There are many ways to do it. The fastest and easiest is by sending an email to info@naturalathlete.bio letting us know that you want to cancel your order along with the order number. You can also do it by calling 915 758 360.

  1. How long does it take to get my refund?

Once we have canceled your order we will process the refund. The time it takes to become effective will depend on the type of payment you have chosen (Paypal, payment by card or bank transfer) and may vary between 2 to 10 business days.

  1. I have had a problem with my order and would like to return it, what should I do?

First of all, we are very sorry that you are not satisfied with your purchase. You must immediately contact us via email at info@naturalathlete.bio or by phone at 915 758 360 and we will help you with the return process. For more information visit our section of Shipping, Deliveries and Returns.

  1. I have a coupon, how can I redeem it?

¡Very easy! You just have to enter the coupon code in the space indicated before finalizing your purchase. You will find it right after the summary of your purchase.

  1. My coupon does not work! What I can do?

If your coupon does not work it may be due to several reasons; it may be expired, it may not be compatible with any other promotion or you may have already used it at some other time (some coupons can only be used once). If you think your coupon should work, it is best if you call us at 915 758 360 or write us at info@naturalathlete.bio to be able to offer you a solution.
